If it is plugged in and the light doesn’t turn on and the battery isn’t charging; this means you may have a faulty charging adapter, faulty charging cable, debris in the charging port, or a bad wall outlet....

-If Power indicator is not lit -Check if the battery is out of charge by plugging it in.
